Hi, I'm Prince!
Welcome to my Product Management Portfolio! This page is a collection of my favorite projects and the problems I’ve tried to solve.
For the last 4 years, I’ve worked in business and sales. My job was to talk to people, listen to their problems, and help their businesses grow. Now, I am using that experience to build products instead of just selling them.
What I love doing:
- Talking to real people: I interview users to find out what frustrates them about an app so I can make it better.
- Fixing things with AI: I like building "robots" that do the boring work for us; like reading thousands of reviews so a human doesn't have to.
- Making apps easy to use: I designed a way for people in India to talk to ChatGPT without the app getting confused by "Hindi+ English" or loud background noise.
I believe that the best products are the ones that just work, without making the user think too hard.

Project 1: GPay | Restoring Transaction Recognition :: Making Past Payments Easy to Remember
Overview
Google Pay is India's most-used payment app, handling over 20 billion UPI transactions every month. But as people make more payments, they face a "recall gap"—they can't remember what small, routine payments were for because the app only shows cryptic merchant IDs and numbers. My role was to design a feature that helps users recognize their past payments by showing context instead of just transaction data.
Key Achievements
- Understanding the Problem: I discovered that 82% of users feel confused when looking at their transaction history because small payments (under ₹500) blend together and the app doesn't show when or where the payment happened.
- Clarity Lens Feature: I designed an AI assistant called "Clarity Lens" that explains past payments using human memory anchors—like time of day, location patterns, and nearby transactions—instead of just showing merchant names.
- Batch Recognition: I added the ability to long-press multiple unfamiliar transactions to see their relationship, such as "These payments were both made in Indiranagar between 6 PM and 8 PM", helping users reconstruct their spending story.
- Success Metric: My design aims for a Clarity Resolution Rate (CRR) of 70%, meaning 7 out of 10 users can successfully remember their transactions without contacting support.
